GETTING MY TELE TO WORK

I checked to ensure that the notifications configurations from the app were being set, and they're, even Test the S Gear application to verify they have been on, and so are. I even uninstalled and reinstalled both applications. In need of resetting my phone, I am lost. If all this can be mounted, I would give a lot more stars. Oh, and I've a Samsun
